AVENTYRSRESOR’S EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK-A (2023 Autumn)
The Aventyrsresor Everest Base Camp Trek 2023 (Autumn) was successfully conducted during one of the best trekking seasons in the Everest region. The group followed the classic Everest Base Camp route, beginning with a scenic flight to Lukla and trekking through picturesque Sherpa villages, including Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, and Gorakshep before reaching Everest Base Camp (5,364 m). Throughout the journey, participants enjoyed breathtaking views of Mount Everest and other iconic Himalayan peaks while experiencing the unique culture and hospitality of the Khumbu region.
The itinerary was carefully planned to allow proper acclimatization, helping the group adapt safely to increasing altitude. Weather conditions during the trek were generally favorable, with clear skies and excellent mountain visibility for most of the expedition. All logistics, including accommodation, meals, transportation, and trekking support, were managed smoothly, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience for the participants.
Overall, the expedition was completed successfully, with the group achieving its primary objective of reaching Everest Base Camp while creating memorable experiences in the Himalayas. The teamwork of the trekking crew, guides, porters, and participants played a vital role in the successful completion of the journey, making the autumn 2023 expedition both rewarding and unforgettable.

Helikoptertur fran Kathmandu som hordes vara fin, jag vet inte for jag blundade hela vagen. Jattefina guider, fint vader och hojden marks inte av annu sa vi ar taggade pa morgondagen som hors vara en av de jobbigare dagarna med +800 hojdmeter. Vi hoppas att kvallens vansinnes-regn ger med sej! / Sofia med salllskap.
Trek to Namche Bazzar
Glatt gang som startar fran Phakding i ihallande regn, pakladda i regnklader fran topp till ta. En efter en pausade vi for att kla av oss skalklader da de var alldeles for varmt sa vi foredrog alla att bli regnblota framfor svett-blota :)
Fantastiska vyer och flera haftiga hangbroar under turen.
+800 hojdmeter och ca 7h vandring, vi ar alla pigga och glada och avslutar dagen med en yatzy med guiderna! Kram fran oss / Sofia, Patrik, Johan, Sara
Acclimatization day
Acklimatiseringsdag med tur och retur till Everest Vievpoint, tyvarr lag molnen i vagen for utsikten sa annu har vi inte sett varldens topp. 3880moh, alla kanner vi av hojden lite pa ett eller annat satt men vi ar alla vid gott mod och tagna av omgivningen och alla upplevelser. Vi sag en gigantisk spindel som korsade stigen idag och bade jag och Sara var glada att vi nyligen besokt toaletten. Vi besokte ett museum och larde lite om Sherpafolkets historia, valdigt intressant. Vi har forstatt att de ar lika tuffa som snalla! Klockan ar nu 19.30 och snart dags for sangen, man ar ingen nattsuddare har direkt. Godnatt fran oss!
