Hej alla. Nu har vi hikat tvaa dagar och jag er skittrot, som forvaentat. Vi har kommit fram till Namnche Bazar paa 3440 m hojd. Vyerna aer helt fantastiska, som Alperna paa sterorider. I morgon har vi en acklimatiseringsdag for att anpassa kroppen till den tunna luften. Vi ska gaa upp 400 m och sen ner igen for att sova en andra natt haer. Allt vael so far/ kram fraan Nepal
