For more than two decades, during every spring mountaineering season, Peak Promotion Pvt. Ltd. has managed all essential logistics for the health camp, including support for two international doctors, one Nepali doctor, and one Long Line Rescue Helicopter Specialist. The health camp operates annually from March 1 to May 29, coinciding with Nepal's busiest Everest climbing season. Its primary objective is to provide quality healthcare services to mountaineers, trekkers, high-altitude guides, Sherpa climbers, support staff, and local communities in the Everest and Khumbu regions. The camp offers medical consultations, primary healthcare, altitude sickness (Acute Mountain Sickness) awareness and treatment, health check-ups, and emergency medical care.
One of the camp's most significant contributions is the provision of free medical examinations and treatment for Nepali high-altitude workers, Sherpa guides, porters, and other support staff. These services play a vital role in protecting the health and well-being of those working under the demanding conditions of the high Himalayas.
