 Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal. The city stands at an elevation of approximately 1,400 meters (4,600 ft). The city is the urban core of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, it contains two sister cities: Lalitpur (5 kilometers (3.1 mi) to its south and Bhaktapur, 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) to its east, and a number of smaller towns. It has its own historical background. The ancient history of Kathmandu is based in mythology. According to Swayambhu Purana, the present day Kathmandu was once a lake called Nagdaha. The lake was drained by Manjushree, who established a city called Manjupattan and made Dharmakar the ruler of the land. In Kathmandu there are many Sightseeing places having historical importance and in some places shows the vital role to know about Nepal’s history.  

Chitwan is famous for the Chitwan National park and the word Chitwan means ‘in the heart of Jungle’. In Chitwan National park you can watch birds, animals and different types of butterflies, flora and fauna. Animals like one- horned rhino, Bengal Tiger, leopard are the attraction of National park.

 Lumbini is situated in the western part of Nepal, in the flat land. It is the birthplace of Lord Buddha, founder of Buddhism. Lumbini is listed in UNESCO world heritage site in 1997. The holy site of Lumbini has ruins of ancient Monasteries, a sacred Bodhi tree, an ancient bathing pond, the Ashokan pillar and the Mayadevi temple, where the precise place of Buddha is located.

Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty, situated at altitude of 827m from sea level and 20km west of Kathmandu valley, the city is known as a center of adventure. The serenity of Phewa Lake and Magnificence of fish- tailed summit of Machhapuchre rising behind it create an ambience of peace and magic. It is also the starting point of many Nepal’s most popular trekking and rafting destinations. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to Hotel
You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel, Tour briefing with officially arrangement, and overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
 
Day 02: Drive to Chitwan from Kathmandu
160km scenic drive from Kathmandu takes you to Chitwan.

Day 03: Jungle activities inside the Jungle

Today you can experience one of the finest wildlife experiences in Asia. You can enjoy elephant safari in jungle to see the wildlife of Chitwan National park.  You can watch animals like rhinoceros, deer, monkeys and different types of birds also. In the evening there will be cultural show of Tharu cast people, which is very interesting and unforgettable part of the tour.

                        
Day 04: Drive to Lumbini from Chitwan
192km scenic drive from Chitwan takes you the holy birth place of Lord Buddha. 
                              
Day 05: Lumbini
Today we visit the birthplace of Gautam Buddha Lumbini. Lumbini is listed in the World Heritage site. We can see Maya Devi Temple, Maya Devi was the mother of Gautam Buddha and in Lumbini Maya Devi also famous pilgrimage temple. In the near of Maya Devi temple there is a famous bathing pool, people says that Maha Devi took bath before the birth of Gautam Buddha. It is also believed that Buddha also first bathed in the pool.

Other Attractions for pilgrimage of Lumbini is the Ashoka Pillar is the first epigraphic evidence relating to the life history of Lord Buddha and is also the most visible landmark of the garden. The inscriptions in the pillar roughly translate as: Kin Piyadesi beloved of the Gods, having been anointed 20 years, came himself and worshipped saying here Buddha Shakyamuni was born.


Day 06: Drive to Pokhara from Lumbini
Today we drive towards Pokhara, which is the most beautiful city of Nepal. On the Way to Pokhara you can see the view of greenery Hills, forests and Montains also, Overnight stay in Pokhara.

 

Day 07: Sightseeing tour in Pokhara
David’s fall: Davi’s falls is also known as Patale Chhango. It is the attraction of tourist. Davi’s fall is the waterfall, which is very beautiful creation of nature.  The fall is about 2 km south from Lake Side.  

Phewa Lake: Phewa Lake is the second largest Lake of Nepal after Rara Lake. We can do boating in the Lake, which is very enjoyable moment for you. In the Phewa Lake there is Varahi Mandir, which is surrounded by the water of Lake from all side. Many people come in the temple for Worshiping. After visit Varahi Mandir we again enjoy the boating in the other part of Phewa Lake and from the Phewa Lake we can see the Mt. Machhapuchre and in the water of Lake we can see the shadow of Mt. Machhapuchre.

Gupteshwhor Cave: Gupteshwhor Cave is just opposite to the Davi’s fall and we have to cross the road to go there. Gupteshwhor cave is Hindu cave where we can see the Shiva Lingam, which is the main attraction of the Cave. Gupteshwhor cave is a limestone cave. In Shiva ratri many people from other parts of Country and outside of Country come here for worshipping. People believed that the wish of them would fulfill by worshipping Lord Shiva.

Day 08 : Drive to Kathmandu
Drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. In the evening walking tour around Kathmandu where you can have shopping if you like.

Day 09 : Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu
The word Pashupatinath is derived from three Sanskrit words Pashu means “Organism”, Pati means “Protector” and Nath means “Lord”. Pashupatinath Temple is the incarnation of Hindu lord Shiva and it is stand on the banks of Bagmati river. God Shiva is the main god of Hindu religion and also known as the male counterpart of Shakti means “Power”. Mainly in the occasion of Maha Shiva Ratri many people from country and out of the country come for Worshipping lord Shiva. In the occasion of Teej Nepali women come to worship Pashupatinath and in other many festivals related to Lord Shiva, people come to worship Pashupatinath. We can see different types of Statue of lord Shiva and other Hindu religions god. In the bank of Bagmati river of Pashupatinath cremation process is held as per Hindu culture.

Bouddhanath lies in the eastern side of Kathmandu and it was probably build in the 14th century after the mughal invasions. We can see largest Buddha’s Stupa of the Nepal as well as World and holiest of all Buddhist temples outside of Tibet. It is the main point of Tibetan culture inside of Kathmandu where all major holy Buddhist events and festivals are celebrated. One of the notable things to see at Bouddhanath is the strong presence of Mountain Sherpas and Tibetans.

The literal meaning of Swoyambhu is ‘Self existence one’. Swayambhunath Temple is also called a Monkey Temple and it lies in the West part of Kathmandu valley. In the Swayambhunath Temple you can see varieties of Buddhist Stupas and Temples, which are the typical architecture.  In the temple there are many holy monkeys, that is why also it is known as Monkey Temple.

Kathmandu Durbar Square is in the center part of the Kathmandu valley and it is the heart of Kathmandu city. Kathmandu Durbar is also called Hanuman Dhoka palace. It consists of many Temples like Ashok Binayak, Shiva Temple, Maju Deval Temple, Saraswati Temple, Krishna Temple etc. We can see the houses of Living Goddess Kumari. Woodcarving statues and architecture in this are exceptionally fine and Kathmandu Durbar Square is the most important sights for travelers to see. In Kathmandu Durbar Square we can also visit Museum that carries the memories of different Shah Kings.

Day 10 : Final Departure
Today is the final departure date from Kathmandu towards your own country with superb memories of tours in Kathmandu valley.
