Jomsom is in the upper Kali Gandaki valley at the elevation of 2713 m. It is also known as Dzongsam or New Fort. The chaotic view of Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Nilgiri is attractive. Jomsom area is not only the most popular trekking destination in Nepal but also the access to Upper Mustang and Muktinath shrine, the important pilgrimage place for both Buddhists and Hindus. 
Besides natural beauty and snowcapped mountain, amazingly Nepal is a paradise for religion and religiousness visit. Muktinath (provider of salvation) is a most colorful pilgrimage site dedicated to the lord Bishnu. Jwala Devi temple near by contains a spring and eternal holy flame

fed by natural gas spewing out of the ground. Trek starts from Nayapul toward Tirkedhunga and lead to the Muktinath from Jomsom. We pass and cross different places enchanting with Annapurna Mountain range. We go to Throng Pass from Kagbeni and back to Muktinath. Then we fly to Pokhara from Jomsom and reach to Kathmandu by another flight.

Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02:  Sightseeing in Kathmandu includes Hindu Temple Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath

Day 03:  Kathmandu to Pokhara
Today we drive towards pokhara, which is the most beautiful city of Nepal. On the Way to Pokhara you can see the view of greenery Hills, forests and 
Mountains also, Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 04Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tirkhedhunga (1525 m)
After having breakfast we drive towards Nayapul, then we trek to Tirkhedhunga. By crossing the Modi Khola we reach Birethati. This is an easy trek and on the way we can visit other villages, overnight stay in Tirkhedhunga.

Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2834 m)
Our trail goes towards Ghorepani and we have to pass through Ulleri, which is the large village. On the way we can see the view of Mt. Annapurna, Hiuchuli and Machapuchere and we can also see rhododendron forests.

Day 06:  Trek to Tatopani (1180 m)
After we visit Poon hill from where we can see the beautiful sunrise view and Himalayan 
View. Then we again return back to Ghorepani and after having breakfast we trek down towards Tatopani. On the way we have to cross many bridges then after crossing Kaligandaki we reach in Tatopani. 

Day 07:  Trek to Lete 
Our trail continuously goes from the bank of Kaligandaki river, overnight stay in Lete.

Day 08Trek to Marpha (2665 m)
Today we trek towards Marpha from Lete. The trail goes from the Khobang village. Then we have to passes through Tibetan refuge settlements and horticultural research station. In Marpha village there is a settlement of Thakali people where you can get delicious food. We can also visit Nyingmapa Buddhist gompa.

Day 09Trek to Jomsom (2713 m)
Our trail goes by climb towards Jomsom. Jomsom is the administrative center of this region. Here is an existence of airport, government offices, and army camp.

Day 10 Trek to Kagbeni (2810 m)
We have to passes through Eklai Bhatti village to reach Kagbeni. Kagbeni is the village of Tibetan settlement where you can observe their culture and tradition. You can get a unique hospitality from them, which may be influencing you.

Day 11Trek to Muktinath (3800 m)
After leaving Kagbeni we walk towards Muktinath. We have to cross two villages, Jharkot and Rani Pauwa to reach Muktinath. Muktinath temple is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Behind the temple, there are 108 waterspouts, which are ever known as Mukti Dhara. People believed that by taking bath in this waterspout god absolve the sins of the People that are why many people go there for worshipping Lord Vishnu.

Day 12 Hike to Thorang Pass (5416 m) > back to Muktinath.
Today you hike to Thorang pass and from there we can see Mountains view like Dhaulagiri, Dampus Phedi, Thapa peak etc and we can also see Jomsom village from here. After hike to Thorang pass trek back to Muktinath, overnight stay in Muktinath.

Day 13Trek to Jomsom (2713 m)
Trek downwards to Jomsom.

Day 14Fly to Pokhara 
Today we fly towards Pokhara with view of grennery hills, forests and Mountains. 

Day 15: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

Day 16:Walking tour around Kathmandu followed by Farewell dinner Today we can do walking tour around Kathmandu where you can do shopping and there will be farewell dinner in the evening with cultural show.

Day 17: Departure from Kathmandu
Today is departure day from Kathmandu to your own country with beautiful memories of trekking in Muktinath of Nepal.
