Tengboche Monastery

We slept very well in Namche except for a 3.0 earthquake at 0105. We left Namche and began the walk to Tengboche. The clouds gave way a little, it did not rain. The trail was extremely crowded. We travelled through Sanasa, and other small but colorful settlements. Unable to see Ama Dablam due to cloud cover or Everest. After we crossed a long span bridge at Phunggithanga we climbed up   for 2 hours to the Tengboche Monastery which was in fog.  A beautiful place, We went inside the monastery and saw the giant Buddha and the colorful   tapestries and paintings. After that tour, we left to go down to Debouche to sleep.
