When we went to tent last night, it was heavy rain and wind, but it was very nice for us to listen, singing and dancing of porters.  It rained all night but luckily it stopped in the morning.  We descended through the clouds heading for Japrebas.

We walked on the ridge and it was quite windy.  Occasionally,  we could see the beautiful snow covered mountains.  It was quite easy descent even if we descended 900 m. and distance was 15 km.

We luckily say 4 of Himalayan cats.  We also saw some yak babies and also very old huge rhododendron tree.

Our camping tents are next to the stupa in Japre.  And today, we were hoping to see Everest but it was to cloudy.  It did not clear up fully.  Before summit, we could at least glimpse of Nuptse.

Wongchu with Nepal television team arrived in Japre.

Sky is very clear now.  We can see thousands of stars in the sky.  Hopefully, we can see Everest tomorrow morning from our tents.
