successfully Nangkartshang peak 5100meters It’s march 26 and hadde birthday as well we had a suprised birthday cake for him at 6:10am I’m incredibly overwhelmed by the day that has passed. It all started with our absolutely wonderful guide, Pas Temba, arranging a surprise cake. I’ve been searching for the perfect gift, knowing that my brother counts grams and doesn’t want to carry anything unnecessary. As promised, he knocked on the door at 06:00 with the cake in hand, and the day became truly magical. Today, we reached a peak at 5100 meters above sea level, making it the best birthday ever. The air is definitely thinner, and the pace of our walk has defensively changed and adapted to the altitude. We feel incredibly safe and satisfied with Pas Temba; he has a passion for what he does, and it permeates our entire experience. P.S. Last night was the coldest night so far. The thermometer showed -13 degrees in the room this morning. So it’s definitely chillier, but we’re dressing warmly.
